Architectural Request Guidelines (05_21_07)
The Architectural Control Committee,
hereafter referred to as ACC, in accordance with the Bylaws of the HOA will use
its best efforts to promote and insure a high level
of taste, design, quality, harmony, conformity, and consistency throughout the
subdivision. An approved Architectural Control Application must be received by the
homeowner before construction is started.
All construction/improvements shall be completed within eight (8) months
from the time the building permit thereof is issued.
Architectural
Control Application
This form is located on the HOA website (http://www.lsshoa.com) or may be
obtained from any member of the ACC or HOA Board. No satellite dish, fence building, wall or
other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the property,
nor shall any exterior addition to, or change or alteration be made until the
plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and
location have been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the ACC. A building
permit from the City of Shady Shores may also be required.

Please note that all structures must
be set back from side property lines by 20 feet.

Pools/Hot
Tubs/Spas All Shady
Shores building codes and fence restrictions must be met. A building permit from the town of Shady
Shores is required for construction of a pool, hot tub, or spa. Fence or barrier must be constructed for swimming pools no less than five
feet tall. For additional information
